Introduction to coated paper machine
It is suitable for dip coating, silicon coating and glue coating of base paper.
Features of coated paper machine:
1. High efficiency centrifugal fan and air flow rectification device are used in the oven to improve the uniformity and efficiency of drying the coating on the substrate surface. Multi stage temperature control is adopted to accurately control the oven temperature of each section according to the process requirements;
2. The immersion process is equipped with high-efficiency air floating oven, which has high drying rate, uniform drying, good surface quality, convenient operation, maintenance and cleaning, and no idler in the oven, so as to reduce the possibility of end breakage;
3. Tension subsection control, using frequency conversion speed regulation system, winding and unwinding using vector frequency conversion control, winding can be multi taper tension setting, and using multi-point synchronous controller to control the synchronous operation of the whole machine;
4. EPC rectifiers are used to ensure the edge of finished products is neat;
5. The immersion coating process is equipped with a large state adjusting dryer to ensure the flatness and moisture uniformity of the substrate;
6. Rewinding and unwinding are equipped with film receiving mechanism, which can realize paper receiving without stopping machine and has high production efficiency;
7. According to the different process requirements of the processed products, there are many kinds of coating head forms to choose from.
