1. In order to prevent the coating from entering the uncoated surface in the process of coating transfer, a coating method combining metering transfer and air knife is adopted, and the leveling of the paper surface is increased, so as to ensure the reflection uniformity of the paper surface after the subsequent calendering process;
2. Pneumatic brake is used for unwinding and variable frequency constant torque is used for rewinding;
3. The drying part adopts arc double-layer design, low noise centrifugal fan, pneumatic oven is opened, and the mechanical safety bumper is automatically locked after the oven is opened
4. The whole machine is controlled by PLC
