In the paper processing industry, the belt slitter is a very important equipment, almost every day to use this equipment. If there is a failure, it will hinder the production process and reduce the production efficiency. Therefore, the daily maintenance is necessary. 1、 The tape Slitter does not roll up evenly. This situation is mostly due to the inapplicability of the paper core. As long as the paper core with the required inner diameter is replaced, in addition, the use of the winding roller in the winding process can also avoid uneven winding of the slitter.
2、 The meter count is not accurate. In this case, two wheels of the meter counting wheel can contact the feeding cot at the same time, and make a mark on the meter counting wheel. If the meter counting wheel is manually rotated for 5 turns, it will count for 1 meter, otherwise the meter counting wheel will be replaced.
3、 The trend of slitting and winding materials. This is mainly because the winding tension is not right, adjust the appropriate winding tension of the paper Slitter, and use the pressure roller for winding, and wrap the slitting material into the overpressure roller before entering the winding paper core.
4、 If the photoelectric eye adjustment method and working state are not correct, it should be readjusted according to the manual;
5、 The color difference between the tracking line or edge and its surrounding film is not obvious, so the color difference contrast should be increased.
6、 Insufficient winding tension treatment method: when the voltage of the lower and upper tension controller of the magnetic powder clutch is adjusted to a very high level, the winding tension is still not enough and the winding film material is loose. You can hold the winding shaft by hand and stop it. It shows that the output torque of the magnetic powder clutch is not enough, and the magnetic powder in it is reduced or invalid due to more time. At this time, the magnetic powder clutch should be folded, and a new quantity of magnetic powder should be added to it, and then it can continue to work normally.
