2. The meter count is not accurate. In this case, two wheels of the meter counting wheel can contact the feeding cot at the same time, and make a mark on the meter counting wheel. If the meter counting wheel is manually rotated for 5 turns, it will count for 1 meter, otherwise the meter counting wheel will be replaced.
3. The trend of slitting and winding materials. This is mainly because the winding tension is not right, adjust the appropriate winding tension of the paper Slitter, and use the pressure roller for winding, and wrap the slitting material into the overpressure roller before entering the winding paper core.
Safety operation process of belt Slitter setting control:
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length and width arranged in the slitting plan.
2. Bring up the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF.
3. Set the length and width of the corresponding film.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and install the paper core of corresponding specifications.
