1. Turn on the electrical isolating switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press the emergency stop reset and ready to run buttons, and turn on the machine with the key to run (main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.
2、 Set control
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length and width arranged in the slitting plan.
2. Bring up the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF.
3. Set the length and width of the corresponding film.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and install the paper core of corresponding specifications.
3、 Feeding, threading and splicing
1. Feeding: according to the requirements of the slitting plan, according to the operation rules of the train, according to the actual situation, the corresponding mother coil is lifted from the aging frame, and placed on the slitter unwinding frame according to the inner and outer direction of the corona surface, and the steel core is clamped with the control button, leaving the steel core support arm and the train.
2. Film piercing: when there is no film on the slitter, film piercing must be carried out. Using the slitting machine and function key, tie one end of the original film on the slitting chain eye, and start the threading button to make the film evenly distributed on each roll along the slitting process.
3. Film splicing: when there is film on the slitter and the coil changing joint, use the vacuum film splicing table to start the film splicing table to the working position, manually flatten the film on the first traction roller of the slitter and start the upper vacuum pump to suck the film, so that the film can be absorbed on the film splicing table flatly, stick double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape, flatten the film on the unwinding frame and start the lower vacuum pump to flatten the film Take off the upper paper layer of the adhesive tape and level the adhesive film. The joint should be neat and wrinkle free. Then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps and turn the film receiving table to the non working position.
4、 Start up and run
1. Change the specification, put the paper core on the inner and outer take-up arms, and inform all personnel to leave the machine for operation when the pressure roller is in the ready state.
2. Put anti-static bars on the main console in auto, ready to run, and start machine run.
5、 Slitting control
In the process of slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and properly adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roll, edge material traction roll, guide edge, etc.
6、 Material receiving
1. When the machine stops running after the inner and outer ends are wound up, use the film unloading button to put the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut the film and paste the film coil with sealing glue.
2. Use the collet release button to release the clamping head, and check whether the paper core of each film coil leaves the paper core. If one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film coil.
3. Make sure that all the films are put on the trolley after leaving the collet, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and stick the film on the paper core neatly for the next slitting.
7、 Stop
1. When the film coil runs to the set length, the equipment stops automatically.
2. During the operation of the equipment, it can be stopped according to machine stop.
3. When it needs to stop quickly, press the machine stop key for more than 2S.
4. In case of emergency such as equipment or man-made accident, press emergency stop.
