1. The high-speed slitting machine should cut the whole roll or sheet of raw material with a fixed length, such as plastic
2. The cutting length of high-speed Slitter can be set continuously. If there is an error in the actual cutting length, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters.
3. The cutting control of high-speed cutting machine is divided into static and dynamic cutting: when the set length arrives, the machine will stop accurately, and then the machine will start again after static cutting; when the set length arrives, the machine will announce the cutting signal without stopping, and the machine will cut dynamically in the process of data movement.
Common problems in high speed Slitter
The common problems of high-speed Slitter are longitudinal stripe, staggered layer, bottom wrinkle, edge warping, rib bursting, lack of length, too large width, etc.
1. Longitudinal stripe
It mainly refers to the linear stripes on the surface of the roll. In the process of slitting and coiling of high-speed Slitter, many air entrainment and poor tolerance of accumulated thickness are the primary causes of longitudinal fringes. Once severe fringes appear, it is difficult to eliminate them.
2. Staggered floor
It refers to the phenomenon that part of the film is staggered on the end face of the film coil. This problem is mainly caused by the sliding of the film or the change of the film width during the winding process.
3. Base wrinkle
This kind of problem only occurs in the beginning of the film winding length, the main performance is wrinkle and stripe deep, the reason is caused by a variety of factors.
4. Edge warping
The quality problem occurs at the edge of film winding, and the edge of thick film is warped by winding.
5. Muscle burst
The quality problem is due to the obvious protrusion formed on the surface of film coil due to the accumulation of film thickness tolerance.
6. Lack of length, excessive width
The quality problem is caused by the wrong winding count or the lack of the length of the cut film and the incorrect positioning of the equipment.
