1. In the process of rewinder equipment operation, if the cutter has the problem of lateral swing, it will lead to bad size, such as the lateral swing of the cutter and the different size of the outer diameter of the cutter. Because the lateral swing value of the tool cannot be zero. Generally, the lateral swing value of the load is about 0.03-0.05mm. The reason is the accuracy error of tool thickness, inner diameter and spacer width, and the warpage caused by the lateral stress when the thick plate is sheared.
2. During the production of rewinder, the width of steel plate is not good because of the problem of transverse warpage. This is because the product cut in the state of transverse warpage is larger than the set value of the tool.
3. With the production and operation of rewinder equipment, there are corresponding matching errors of spacer and cutter. In general, the thickness accuracy of spacer and cutter is 0.005. When the number of blades is large, the cumulative error will be larger. This is because the upper tolerance is not set well. It should be known that the width of the products cut by rewinder is slightly lower than the side dimension of the products with knife. Therefore, it is necessary to predict the degree of the difference in advance. It can be referred to when confirming the size of the time interval sleeve of the product side tool distribution.
